We are helping to get the word out for our friends, David & Sherri Spears.  They’ve sold their farm & need to disperse their small herd.  The following animals are available for purchase.  Click on the name to get their online pedigree.  Photos below, taken June 2, are in the same order of appearance.

Nutmeg of Rhema:  This is a nicely built 9yo dun cow, a thick, stout girl with an udder that is holding up well.  Nutmeg has great width across the top, from shoulder to rump.  She is dehorned, A2/A2 & carries red.  She sells heavy bred to SGF SAKE Sorley, due to calve in July.

SBF Strawberry Moon: This is a yearling heifer out of Nutmeg by Sorley.  She’s a pretty girl & well put together.  She’s hetero polled, red with homozygous dun, and A1/A2.

Ciera of Peasticks, with black heifer (not yet registered) at side:  This is a nice, thick-bodied, well built, 8yo cow.  She is horned, black & carries dun, and A1/A2.  Her heifer, sired by Sorley, is hetero polled, black, and will carry both red & dun.  This heifer is structurally correct with nice width across the top.

Maverick of Peasticks:  4yo red, homozygous polled bull from John Potter lines.  This boy has lots of length & great hind-end muscling.
