Eavie is a very nice, very feminine looking cow with a “dairy-type” build.  And she is such a talker!  Both her grandsires are excellent bulls and it shows.  She’s gentle & halter broke, and comes eagerly into the parlor for breakfast when I call her.   Eavie is proving to be a wonderful Momma, and is doing very well with milking – by hand or machine, though my slow hand-milking tries her patience.
