Belfair is not a registered breed. It's a rare, but popular, 50/50 cross of Miniature Jersey and Dexter cattle. They make very nice family milk cows, as they maintain the "dairy cow look" and excellent milk production of the jersey. They may be registered with the American Miniature Jersey Association as percentage animals in the upbreeding program. more...
